The State of Missouri Rules and Regulations govern all warranties and guarantees. This warranty covers your newly purchased puppy only. We are not responsible for any additional cost, such as: veterinary fees, medication fees, shot fees, optional procedures, travel expense, or animal necessities. You must take full ownership and responsibilities at the time of delivery/pickup.

Funluvinpups Health Guarantee

At Funluvinpups, you can take reassurance in knowing that you have received a Purebred puppy. We do not under any circumstance line-breed or crossbreed any of our dogs.

All puppies sold will be honestly represented and evaluated as accurately as possible.

A Missouri State Health Certificate will be furnished at time of delivery when shipping.

Buyer MUST have the puppy thoroughly examined by a licensed veterinarian (at buyer's expense) within a period of no more than 3 business days of delivery; otherwise contract is null and void.

Funluvinpups guarantees this puppy to be free of all Communicable Diseases, for which it was vaccinated as stated on the Pet Medical Record for a period of 3 days (72 hours) from the date of purchase.

If within 3 days from the time the buyer takes possession of the puppy, and is found by a licensed veterinarian not to be in good health, we must be notified immediately.  We will then replace the puppy with a new puppy, once the examining veterinarian has furnished a health report to Funluvinpups. The buyer is responsible for any shipping fees and/ or crate fees needed to deliver the puppy safely back to Funluvinpups.

Funluvinpups also guarantees this puppy to be free of Genetic Defects for up to six months of age. Genetic defects shall only include: cataracts of the eyes, hip dysplasia, heart murmurs above grade 1 on a scale of 1 to 6, liver shunts, and deafness. Genetic defects shall not include: diseases of any nature for these are the responsibility of the buyer to keep vaccinations current and up to date. We do not guarantee against giardia and coccidiosis parasites or Prolapsed Gland" known as Cherry eye since this is not hereditary, this is classified as an injury.

If any life threatening health problem is found at the time of exam, the puppy needs to be returned immediately at buyer’s expense, with a written statement from your vet as to the problem up to 6 months of age.

If during the course of time stated above this puppy is examined and found to have a congenital or genetic disorder, which will seriously impact the quality of life, short of euthanasia, or require continuous medical treatment throughout the course of the puppy's life, we will upon provision of veterinary reports, provide Buyer with a replacement of their puppy, after the puppy in question is returned.

It is expected, and required, that the Buyer will have yearly exams for the puppy including heartworm detection, fecal examinations, and all vaccinations required by your state. This is required in order to protect you and your new puppy.

Any physical problem which is, or could be, the result of injury, overfeeding, underfeeding, or not having up to date records of vaccinations will not be covered under this guarantee. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors such as allergies, thyroid dysfunction, mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. Minor defects that are of little consequence for the puppy's health such as a minor under bite, over bite, or a hernia will not be covered in this guarantee.

Hernia repairs & weak knees do not warrant return of money as it is not life threatening.

We do not guarantee you will be able to breed or show your pet.

There will be no refunds due to incompatibility, allergies, inability to potty train. Sorry NO EXCEPTIONS!

In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, we PRAY you will not surrender the puppy to any kind of animal shelter or rescue group! INSTEAD, you are presented with the option of returning the puppy to Funluvinpups at no cost to us. Knowing that we can give the puppy a permanent pet home or we will arrange for a new suitable permanent home.

Although we try to predict grown size and color, we do not guarantee size, color etc. at adulthood.

We are Not a puppy mill. We Do Not Sell To Brokers, Breeders, Pet Stores, or Self Profit Pet finders' for other people.

I am a Very Small home based hobby enthusiast so; I can give High Quality care to my pups, which are lovingly raised in Our Home underfoot.

By Sending your payment for this puppy (money order, or cashier’s check sent by Express mail) or paying by cash you have acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and conditions of the contract and Both parties are aware that this is a legal and binding contract.
