Welcome
We hope
you enjoy your stay and soon realize that we are the perfect choice to find that new addition to add to your family. We strive
to raise Quality Shih-Tzu’s and Pekingese puppies. We specifically breed for the conformation of the breed, and for
good disposition. Happy and Healthy puppies are our Top Priority here.
Our puppies are weaned between 6 and
7 weeks of age. They get their first parvo shot at 6 weeks, a DA2MP and repeated at 9 weeks. They are wormed at 2, 4, and
6 and 8 weeks. All puppies are health checked by our licensed veterinarian before they leave our home.
Please understand we take Great Pride in our pictures and is a Huge
undertaking to get just a few with very active puppies and with the downloading and editing and posting that goes into each
and every one it takes a lot of time and effort. It is not something we cannot
do on command. The pictures Posted are current and it is the Best that we can do. Additional new pictures will be provided
if the pictures posted are not current with their age. We do Our Best to provide Nice Pretty pictures.
We only
choose to raise AKC, and Or with the same Heritage ACA puppies and all purchases will include either AKC, and or ACA registration
papers at no extra charge and it will be clearly stated on the puppy page which one.
When
you have selected the puppy, you wish to purchase, contact us via e-mail or phone. We will confirm that the puppy is still
available and we will make arrangements for payment. After a verbal commitment to purchase a puppy.
A Nonrefundable
Deposit of $100.00 to hold a puppy is required at time of a purchase interest. I will hold a puppy for three business days
enough time for a deposit to be received . Personal Checks are excepted as long as there is enough time for it to clear before
delivery which is 7 to 10 days.
Most New parents
like to make the full payment including shipping cost so when the puppy is ready then the puppy can home.
We do not hold puppies for
more than 9 days, in which, giving the paying party three different shipping dates
to choose from. However if more time is needed for special situations additional charges will applied.
When
paying the balance it should be paid by the time your puppy is 8 weeks old prior to shipping. We will mark the puppy status
as "On Hold" until your payment arrives. When we receive your payment, the status will change to "Sold. All of our puppies receive the same amount of pampering and attention. We do recommend that you spay or neuter
your pets; we do not offer a discount to do so.
We have
shipped all over the United States. We do not ship any puppy unless it is ready and doing well on its own. Most puppies are
ready by 8 to 10 weeks of age. If you are located within 50 miles, when possible we can arrange to deliver your puppy personally
as a courtesy to the New Parents.
If necessary,
your puppy can be shipped to any major airport in the continental US. We ship from St. Louis Lambert. We prefer to ship puppies
via Delta, or Continental Airlines and will do so whenever possible. We ship Continental and Delta Airlines; they both have
an excellent reputation for pet handling and they do a good job of taking care of your puppy during transport. If shipping
to a snobnose restricted State one being Florida and we have to use United Airlines the fee is $350.00
A $275.00
usually is charge to ship by air includes the shipping fee, a crate for your puppy, and a health certificate by our veterinarian.
We DO NOT set the price for shipping, the Airline does. Due to inflation the airfare has gone up and if we need to use United
Airlines due to the temperatures for snub-nose it could be a little more.
We will
make the necessary shipping arrangements after we receive your payment in full. We recommend that you offer your puppy food
and water as soon as possible after he/she arrives. Please call or e-mail us as soon as you arrive home so we know that your
puppy has arrived safely. We feed and recommend Science Diet or Iams puppy food for the first year.
We cannot
be held responsible for anything that your pet might come in contact with during and after transit to its new home. Stress
is the leading cause of most illnesses in small puppies and this stress, unfortunately, can come from simply moving your puppy
to its new home. It should be noted that diarrhea is common when puppies have been moved to a new environment as well as nausea
and vomiting if motion sickness occurs. This is normal and is not covered under the health guarantee and should subside as
the puppy gets used to its new home and surroundings.
Please
pay close attention to your puppy during its first few days with you to make sure that he/she is eating and drinking (Small
puppies can become dehydrated very quickly if they develop diarrhea or do not drink.
